Each bespoke stationery suite is tailored for you individually.  Initially, design concepts will be digitally created for your review and then sample stationery will be made for final approval.

**Design fees are not included in the pricing for wedding stationery. A ‘one time’ design fee of $250 is required to secure services after final approval and before production commences. This also aids in the initial purchasing of consumables that may be needed for your stationery.**

Hand made stationery, with no ‘fixed’ design template, takes longer to produce.  Finalisation of design (any changes) and production time of the final products can take four weeks.  I would like to suggest that discussions commence as soon as the wedding date is known to allow plenty of time for sourcing consumables if required and for your unique stationery to be produced.

Suggested Timeline for bespoke stationery

• ‘Save the Dates’ (posted) – Begin process 10-12 months before your wedding date.  Allow the extra time for designing if all stationery is to match (this is where overall theme is created.) 
• Invitation suite (invitations, RSVP, information card) six to eight months before wedding date, depending if design has been established. 
• On the day stationery (Signs, seating charts, place cards, table numbers, menus) – two months before wedding date.  Although you will not know numbers until the RSVPs are in, it gives us time to have all the designs ready to go!
